I had a clogged sewer and it backed up into the laundry room. Within 2 hours of calling them the technician was at the house. Three other places I called had a wait time of three days
Even after I explained we couldn't run any water in the house.
Carl, the technician did a great job , cleared the sewer pipe , explained everything he did, and cleaned up the place like it never happened.

This was a routine maintenance call for our AC. The service tech, Justin, was excellent. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, neat and efficient. We could not have asked for a nicer person. Every point in our contact with Althoff was outstanding from making the appointment to scheduling and keeping us informed on the day of service. It is a pleasure dealing with a company that is so respectful of their customers. This is truly rare nowadays when dealing with many other companies.
Jim, Althoff's technician, was great to work with. He explained what was wrong and how it would be repaired. Jim was efficient and courteous.
They always come on time, call when they are 15 minutes away. Always clean up when done!
I'm having issues with an item that was installed and not working properly. So why am I leaving 5 stars? Because this company cares. They are working tirelessly, promptly, and kindly to fix the issue. And I've been patient with them because of this. Jeff Miller has been great, as have Blake and Ashley. I hope to get the issue resolved soon. In the meantime, I'm grateful they care so much about customer satisfaction. This is a good company, people. Give them a try!
